Shopping Online

Shopping online at La Maison d’Isabelle is a secure and easy process:

  1. 1.Browse the products on the website

  2. 2.To purchase any items, click the “add to cart” button shown on each product page 

  3. 3.Then check out using the online secure PayPal shopping cart

  4. 4.Your order will be processed once the funds have cleared

All our products are made to order, so if you have any special requests please contact us.  


Payment Options

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted (see below for postage and delivery). 

  1. *Payment is by PayPal - this is a safe and secure way to pay online and you do not need to be a member. Most major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. PayPal is easy, free and secure - it allows you to conveniently and securely shop online with your credit card without sharing sensitive financial information.   2. *Australian buyers, you may also choose to pay by bank deposit. If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer please contact us and we will provide you with our bank details so that you can directly deposit payment into our bank account.  Items will not be dispatched until the money has been credited into our account.

Postage and Delivery

La Maison d’Isabelle delivers Australia wide and uses Temando. Shipping is capped at $9.95 for all orders up to $200. Free shipping for orders $200.00 and over. 


Once an order has been placed and payment confirmation has been received, your parcel will be dispatched 3-4 business days after via Temando. If there is a delay for processing your order for some reason, we will notify you immediately by your ordering email. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing a tracking number which will allow you to track your order on the Temando website: www.temando.com/track/


La Maison d’Isabelle accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged stock in transit. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, your order will usually arrive within a few days after being dispatched however some remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that you will be asked to sign for your delivery


Please be vigilant when entering delivery details as incorrect information could result in re-shipping fees. La Maison d’Isabelle is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products made by the shipping carrier.  However we can assist you in filing a claim with the identified party. Please keep all products in their original packaging during the dispute and until the claim is settled. 


International shipping: Please contact us for a shipping quote from Australia Post. Postage is calculated based on shipping address, parcel size and weight. (Please note that due to the new US Customs surcharge all packages to the US will be levied an extra $9 for certain weights).


Returns and Exchanges Policy

We really think that you are going to love your purchase.  All of our products are handmade which makes them all uniquely different, we think this adds to the character and charm. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the product at returns@lamaisondisabelle.com.au. All returns are to be pre-approved by La Maison d’Isabelle.  Instructions for the return will be given by email once approved.


Please note that we do not supply refunds on personalised or custom made items nor on sale items, except in the case of a faulty product, so please choose carefully.  We will gladly exchange any faulty items but will not refund for change of mind purchases.   La Maison d’Isabelle takes great care in packaging your order so that it arrives at your doorstep intact and requests the same care be taken with returns. The returned product must be returned within 7 business days in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.


PayPal purchases must be returned before placing a chargeback claim with PayPal. Note that costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. Registering your return is recommended as La Maison d’Isabelle will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of the shipping carrier.

 

Out of Stock

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Because our products are all hand-finished or handmade we do occasionally run out of popular designs. If we do not have your chosen item in stock, we will let you know how long it will take to get it in stock. You will then have the option to either cancel your order and obtain a refund or wait for the item to be dispatched.

 

The nature of being handmade

All handmade products are unique due to variations of colour and/or pattern in the raw materials used, therefore no two products will ever be completely identical. Pattern variations and slight differences in the fabric used and crocheted items may be observed, however, every effort will be made to make them consistent with the product images shown. There may also be some slight differences in the frames being used due to availabilities from our suppliers. Due to variations in colour and calibrations of monitors and printers, the colours of the threads and fabrics may vary somewhat from what you see on screen.


Because our products are all hand-finished or handmade we do occasionally run out of popular designs. If we do not have your chosen item in stock, we will let you know how long it will take to get it in stock. You will then have the option to either cancel your order and obtain a refund or wait for the item to be dispatched.


Personalised Products

Certain products can be personalised with either a message or the child’s name and/or birthdate. An additional charge is made for each personalised request. Please contact us for any requests not already listed on product pages. Personalised products are not covered by La Maison d’Isabelle’s Returns and Exchanges Policy (see above) unless deemed faulty. La Maison d’Isabelle will not be held responsible for any typing or spelling error made by the customer.


Gift Wrapping

We can wrap your orders for that special gift. If you would like to include a message with your gift, please let us know.  Please advise if you would like us to send your receipt separately.
